Our team
Tom Woolley ACII Chartered Insurance Broker
Founder
Tom spent over 20 years at AXA Health, starting off as an underwriter before moving into sales where he held various senior positions before setting up a successful Employee Benefits Team at a local IFA before starting TW Brokers Ltd in March 2025.
When Tom is not working he is usually out running or spending time with the family.
Tom is also a major part of the Insurance Institute of Royal Tunbridge Wells who are a council of volunteers putting on CPD and social events for insurance professionals in the local area.
